The scholarship works like a raffle or sweepstakes. You earn 1 ticket into the scholarship raffle for every friend who then signs up, using your personalized code. Your friend also gets 1 ticket. Each school year, Going Merry picks 2 lucky winners from the raffle, to receive $1000 each.
